Villa Dorya is a 2-bedroom, 4-person capacity conservative holiday villa located in the peaceful Bezirgan area of Kalkan. Nestled in lush greenery, it offers a tranquil escape from the crowds and noise of the city.

The villa features a secluded pool area and a private garden, ideal for families and honeymooners seeking privacy. The master bedroom includes a jacuzzi, offering a relaxing touch to your stay.

Designed with comfort and style in mind, Villa Dorya is just a 15-minute drive from Kalkan town center and promises a serene and refreshing holiday experience surrounded by nature.

Kitchen: Villa Dorya’s American-style kitchen is designed to be as comfortable as your home. The kitchen has a large refrigerator, a practical dishwasher, a washing machine, a modern stove, a functional oven, a fast kettle and a toaster that you can use to make delicious toasts. There is also a spacious dining table, elegant dinnerware and tools that will make your cooking easier. The facilities offered by the kitchen allow you to prepare your own meals on your holiday and experience the comfort of home.

Living Room: Villa Dorya’s modern and luxuriously designed living room is a place carefully thought out for your comfort. The stylish seating group offers an ideal area for long conversations or relaxation. A large TV and DVD player are waiting for you to maximize entertainment. While air conditioners create an atmosphere with the ideal temperature at all times, you can continue your connection to the world with internet access. One of the most special features of the living room is that it offers easy access to the pool terrace.

1st Bedroom: There is a double bed, air conditioner, jacuzzi, bedside table, wardrobe, dressing table, bathroom and toilet.

2nd Bedroom: There are two single beds, air conditioning, wardrobe, nightstand, dressing table, bathroom and toilet.

Pool Dimensions: 12 meters x 4 meters wide, 1.45 meters deep.

NOTE: A short stay fee of 4,000 TL is requested for stays under 7 nights.

Deposit Procedure: Our deposit fee requested for Villa Dorya is 5,000 TL. This fee will be allocated by you before your check-in and will be allocated back to you when you check out. According to the refund conditions of your deposit, there should be no broken, damaged or lost items in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will have to allocate the cost of damage, broken or lost items in the villa from your deposit fee. You can pay your deposit payments in US Dollars, British Pounds or Euros based on the current exchange rate of the deposit amount on that day.

Check-in and Check-out Information: New guest check-in time for each villa is determined as 16:00 and check-out time is 10:00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team can carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered to our new guests ready at 16:00.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Guests who want to rent a car or a paid transfer can ask for support from our sales consultants. The closest airport for our guests who prefer air transportation is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests who travel by private vehicle.
