Located in the tranquil Islamlar region of Kalkan, Villa Dimare 3 is a luxurious rental villa featuring 2 bedrooms and a capacity for 5 guests. The interior is stylishly furnished with modern amenities, including 1 double bed, 3 single beds, a jacuzzi, sauna, and a salt room.

The villa offers a private and sheltered pool terrace, making it a perfect option for conservative families. Enjoy your stay with a private swimming pool, barbecue area, garden furniture, and a traditional Turkish seating area (köşk).

For larger groups, Villa Dimare 1 and Villa Dimare 2 can also be rented together, depending on availability. It’s an ideal choice for both families and groups of friends seeking relaxation in nature. 

Kitchen: There is a stylish and modern American kitchen, this American kitchen section offers an electric oven, electric kettle, dishwasher, stovetop, microwave oven, large refrigerator and washing machine.

Living Room: Designed to allow you to sit in a modern and comfortable way, the living room has a dining table for 4 people, a luxurious seating group and an LCD TV.

1st Bedroom: There is 1 Double Bed, Air Conditioning, Wardrobe, Jacuzzi, Bedside Table, Make-up Table, bathroom and toilet.

2. Bedroom: There are 3 Single Beds, Air Conditioning, Wardrobe, Bedside Table, Make-up Table, bathroom and toilet.

Pool Dimensions: 8.5 Meters X 4 Meters, 1.50 Meters deep.

NOTE: For stays under 7 nights, a short stay fee of 3.000 TL is requested.

Deposit Procedure: Our required deposit fee for Villa Dimare 3 is 5.000 TL. This fee will be allocated to you before your entry and will be allocated back to you when you exit. According to the return conditions of your deposit, there must be no broken, damaged or lost items in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will have to allocate the cost of damage, broken or lost items in the villa from your deposit fee. You can pay your deposit in US Dollars, British Pounds or Euros based on the current exchange rate.

Check-in and Check-Out Information: In each of our villas, the check-in time for new guests is 16.00 at noon and the check-out time is 10.00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team can carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16.00.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service is not available. Our guests who want to rent a paid transfer or car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer air travel, the nearest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests who travel by private vehicle.
