Located in Kalkan Islamlar Village, Villa Dia is a special villa that has been restored from an old stone house and offers a unique accommodation experience with its historical texture preserved. With a capacity of 2 people, this villa is a perfect option especially for honeymoon couples and guests looking for a peaceful holiday.

Thanks to its large pool and sheltered pool terrace, Villa Dia offers a secluded, private holiday opportunity for our conservative guests, and it also has a very convenient location as it is within walking distance to markets and restaurants.

Kitchen: The American kitchen, which captures modernity with its white cabinets, includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, oven, kettle, toaster, 4-person dining table, dinner set and cooking utensils.

Living Room: The living room, designed with nature view and modern items, has a seating group, coffee table, television, satellite receiver and internet. There is access to the pool terrace.

1st Bedroom: There is a double bed, air conditioning, wardrobe, dressing table, jacuzzi, nightstand bathroom and toilet.

Pool Dimensions:

10 meters x 3.7 meters wide and 1.50 meters deep.

NOTE: A short stay fee of 2,500 TL is requested for stays under 7 nights.

Deposit Procedure: Our deposit fee requested for Villa Dia is 5,000 TL. This fee will be allocated by you before your check-in and will be returned to you when you check out. According to the refund conditions of your deposit, there should be no broken, damaged or lost items in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will have to allocate the cost of damage, broken or lost items in the villa from your deposit fee. You can pay your deposit payments in US Dollars, British Pounds or Euros based on the current exchange rate of the deposit amount on that day.

Check-in and Check-out Information: New guest check-in time for each villa is determined as 16:00 and check-out time is 10:00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team can carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16:00.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Guests who want to rent a car or a paid transfer can ask for support from our sales consultants. The closest airport for our guests who prefer air transportation is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests who travel by private vehicle.
