The outdoor kitchen in the garden enriches the holiday experience of the guests by offering the pleasure of preparing food in nature.

Kitchen: In the functional luxury kitchen section, there is an American style kitchen, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, dining table, oven, 4-burner stove, microwave oven, kettle, dinner set for 4 people, pans, pots, forks, knives.

Living Room: Our living room, specially designed for our guests who care about their comfort, has a luxury seating group, coffee table, TV, TV unit, air conditioning and exit to the pool terrace.

1st Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, nightstand, dressing table, air conditioning, jacuzzi, bathroom and toilet.

2nd Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, 1 single bed, nightstand, dressing table, air conditioning, jacuzzi, bathroom and toilet.

Garden: In the garden of our villa, there is a large swimming pool, sun loungers, parasol, indoor American style kitchen and a 4-person dining table, children’s playground, large comfort swing, and barbecue.

Pool Dimensions: 8 meters x 4 meters, 1.50 meters deep.

NOTE: A short stay fee of 2,500 TL is requested for stays under 7 nights.

Deposit Procedure: The deposit requested for Villa Desen is 3,000 TL. The damage deposit is taken before your entry to the villa and is returned when you leave the villa. According to the refund conditions of the deposit, there should be no damage, loss, missing or broken items in the villa during use. You can make your payment in US Dollars, British Pounds and/or Euros based on the current exchange rates, which will be equivalent to the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-out Information: In each villa, the new guest check-in time is determined as 16:00 and check-out time is 10:00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team can carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered to our new guests ready at 16:00.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Guests who want to rent a paid transfer or a car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer air transportation, the closest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests who travel by private vehicle.
