Villa Deng is a 1 bedroom honeymoon villa for rent, located in Patara Region of Kalkan, designed in bungalow style, located in nature. Villa Deng's interior has been designed in a modern way, and the pool terrace and garden are secluded and conservative. It is an ideal option for you honeymooners and nuclear families.

Kitchen: Fridge, Dishwasher, Washing Machine, Oven, 4 Cooker (built-in), Microwave oven, Electric kettle, Toaster, Dinnerware for 2 people, Pan, Pots, Cutlery, etc. are available.

Living Room: Sitting group, Satellite TV (LCD), Air Conditioner, Dining table for 2 people, WC, exit to the poolside.

Bedroom : 1 Double bed, Nightstand, Air Conditioner, Vanity table, Closet, Toilet and Bathroom.

Note : The weekly rental fee between 1-19 June is 7.750 TL.

Between 05-18 September, the weekly rental fee is 9.450 TL.

Weekly rental fee between 19th and 30th of September is 7.750 TL.

Weekly rental fee between 17-31 October is 4.250 TL.

A short stay fee of 400 TL is required for stays of less than 7 nights.

Deposit Procedure: The deposit fee requested for Villa Deng is 500 TL. The damage deposit is taken before you enter the villa and is refunded when you leave the villa. According to the return conditions of the deposit, there should be no damage, loss, loss or broken goods in the villa during the usage period. You can make your payment in Amerian Dollars, British Pounds and/or Euros based on current exchange rates, equivalent to the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-out Information: The arrival time of new guests in each of our villas is determined as 16.00 in the afternoon and the check-out time is determined as 10.00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team will carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16.00.

Transportation : Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Our guests who want to transfer or rent a car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer the airline, the closest airport is  Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests using private vehicles.
