Villa Delfin Green is a private holiday villa located in the peaceful Patara region near Kalkan, surrounded by nature. With three bedrooms and accommodation for up to 6 guests, the villa is an excellent choice for families and groups of friends.

The villa features a unique half-stone, half-concrete architectural design, and its garden and pool terrace are fully secluded, offering privacy and comfort for guests. The spacious garden includes a private swimming pool, sun loungers, a seating area, a swing, a dining table, and a barbecue area.

One of the bedrooms also includes a jacuzzi, adding an extra touch of relaxation and comfort to your stay. With its peaceful natural surroundings and modern design, Villa Delfin Green provides the perfect setting for a relaxing and memorable holiday.

Kitchen: The useful, well-equipped and modern American kitchen includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, oven, electric kettle, water dispenser, 4-burner cooker, dinnerware for 10 people, pans, pots, cutlery, and cutlery.

Living Room: The comfortable and scenic living room has a seating group, satellite TV (LCD), air conditioning, dining table, sink and toilet. There is an exit from the living room to the pool terrace.

Pool Dimensions: It is 8.5 meters X 3.5 meters wide, 1.55 meters deep.

Garden: There is a barbecue, outdoor shower, sun loungers, sitting group, dining table.

Maintenance: The maintenance of the pool and garden in our villa is done once a day, in the morning or in the evening, by the officers who take care of the villa.

Note : A short stay fee of 5.000 TL is required for stays of less than 7 nights.

Deposit Procedure: The deposit fee requested for Villa Delfin Green is 5,000 TL. The damage deposit is taken before you enter the villa and is refunded when you leave the villa. According to the return conditions of the deposit, there should be no damage, loss, loss or broken goods in the villa during the usage period. You can make your payment in US Dollars, British Pounds and/or Euros based on current exchange rates, equivalent to the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-out Information: The new guest check-in time for each of our villas is determined as 16.00 at noon and check-out time as 10.00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team will carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16.00.

Transportation : Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Our guests who want to transfer or rent a car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer the airline, the closest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests using private vehicles.
