We are pleased to offer you a luxurious detached villa with 3 floors in Kalkan. From all rooms of Villa Defne you can enjoy a panoramic view of the bay of Kalkan and the unforgettable sunsets.

Only 15 to 20 minutes walk to the heart of the old town, the charming little harbour of Kalkan and 5 minutes walk to the beaches, this villa accommodates you with luxurious facilities. The design of the window fronts maximize the wonderful views of the sea and immerse the rooms in a sea full of light. On the terrace you will find an infinity pool and a BBQ area. The roof terrace offers a 360 degree view of the surrounding mountains, the town of Kalkan, the harbour and the sea.

The villa is fully air-conditioned and offers spacious rooms for up to ten people in five ensuite bedrooms.

On the ground floor there is a spacious open living room, a dining area for 10 people and a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar (4 bar stools). There is a separate toilet and the living area has direct access to the pool terrace.

The first and second floors are the same. On each floor there are two bedrooms with bath / shower, walk-in wardrobe and dressing table. All bedrooms have floor-to-ceiling windows with spectacular views of Kalkan Bay and the Mediterranean Sea. One bedroom has a large balcony with a lounge area and the other has a Julia balcony. On the top floor there is a loft-style room with 2 single beds, a shower, a walk-in wardrobe and a dressing table. It offers direct access to the roof terrace with 360 degree views of Kalkan Bay and the Taurus Mountains. Outside there is an infinity pool (approx 8.5 x 4.5 m), deck chairs and an outdoor shower. You can enjoy your meal under the shades of the pavillions or just relax in the lounge area.

 At the entrance of the villa there is an underground car park. The property is tastefully furnished and has massive marble floors, fine lighting and high-quality equipment.

Please note:

Although the villa has 5 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 10 people, we believe it would be more suitable for a maximum of 8 adults and 2 children.

Bail Conditions: A security deposit of TL 1000 will be charged upon arrival. This deposit will be refunded after leaving the villa. The security deposit serves as a security for any resulting damage, loss or theft. It is possible to pay the deposit in US Dollars, British Pounds and / or Euros based on the current daily exchange rates.

Arrival and departure: Your accommodation is ready from 16:00. Departure is at 10:00. This regulation allows our cleaning teams to run smoothly.

Transportation: The nearest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport.
