Our villa’s private swimming pool has a 70% privacy structure, and the garden is designed to be completely private. This feature provides a peaceful environment for guests who value their privacy.

One shared toilet and bathroom is available.

The other toilet and bathroom is in the main bedroom.

Kitchen: The American-style kitchen includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, electric kettle, four-burner hob, dinnerware, pans, pots, and cutlery.

Living Room: The living room, with its colorful and comfortable design, features a seating area, satellite TV (LCD), air conditioning, and a dining table. This area has been carefully designed for guests to relax and enjoy their time.

Bedroom 1: One double bed, one single bed, bedside table, wardrobe, dressing table, air conditioning, bathroom and toilet.

Bedroom 2: Two single beds, bedside table, wardrobe, dressing table, air conditioning, bathroom and toilet.

Pool Dimensions: 9 meters x 3 meters wide, 1.50 meters deep.

NOTE: A short-stay fee of 3,500 TL is charged for rentals shorter than 7 nights.

Deposit Procedure: The required deposit for Villa Defne Kaş is 5,000 TL. This damage deposit is collected before your arrival and refunded upon departure. The deposit refund conditions stipulate that there should be no damage, loss, or broken items in the villa during your stay. You can make your payment in US Dollars, British Pounds, and/or Euros, equivalent to the deposit amount, based on current exchange rates.

Check-in and Check-out Information: Check-in time for new guests in each villa is 4 PM, and check-out time is 10 AM. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our private cleaning team can carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are ready for new guests at 4 PM.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas from the city center, public transportation services are not available. Guests who wish to arrange paid transfers or rent a car can request assistance from our sales consultants. For guests who prefer air travel, the nearest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants provide location information and directions for guests arriving by private vehicle.
