Villa Dark House

Villa Dark House is a honeymoon villa for rent in nature, located in Kalkan Sarıbelen Village. It has been carefully decorated with modern and comfortable items, and all the details you need during your holiday have been considered. Villa Dark House includes a heated indoor swimming pool, sauna and hammam. It has a large and spacious pool terrace and you can spend pleasant summer evenings. You can increase the accommodation capacity to 8 people by renting it together with the 3-bedroom Villa Silver House right next to the Villa Dark House.

Kitchen: There is an American-style kitchen, refrigerator, dishwasher, dining table, oven, 5-burner stove, microwave oven, toaster, kettle, dinnerware for 6 people, pans, pots, cutlery, and cutlery.

Living Room: There is a modern seating group, a coffee table, a TV. There is a TV unit, air conditioning and an exit to the pool terrace.

1. Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, bedside table, make-up table, jacuzzi, bathroom and toilet.

Pool Dimensions: 10.5 meters X 4 meters, 1.50 meters deep.

Indoor Pool Dimensions: 6 meters X 3 meters, 1.50 meters deep.

A short stay fee of 2.000 TL is required for stays of less than 7 nights.

 If pool heating is requested in , 1500 TL Daily Extra Pool Heating will be charged.

Deposit Procedure: Deposit fee requested for Villa Dark House is 3.000 TL. The damage deposit is taken before you enter the villa and is refunded when you leave the villa. According to the return conditions of the deposit, there should be no damage, loss, loss or broken goods in the villa during the usage period. You can make your payment in US Dollars, British Pounds and/or Euros based on current exchange rates, equivalent to the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-out Information: The new guest check-in time for each of our villas is determined as 16.00 at noon and check-out time as 10.00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team will carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16.00.

Transportation : Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Our guests who want to transfer or rent a car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer the airline, the closest airport is  Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests using private vehicles.
