Villa Cratos Luxury is a luxurious holiday villa built in 2020 in the Kızıltaş region of Kalkan, boasting magnificent city, nature, and sea views. With a total of 5 bedrooms and a capacity to accommodate 10 people, it is ideal for large families and groups of friends.

The villa’s spacious panoramic garden features a private swimming pool, sun loungers, parasols, a seating area, an open-plan kitchen, a pergola, table tennis, a barbecue area, and a dining table where you can enjoy your evening meals while watching the sunset.

Kitchen: The stylish and modern American-style kitchen includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, four-burner hob (built-in), microwave oven, electric kettle, pots and pans, and a dinner set for 12 people.

Living Room: The living room, offering sea and nature views and suitable for large groups, includes a seating area, satellite TV (LCD), wireless internet, air conditioning, a dining table for 10 people, and a toilet & sink. There is direct access to the pool terrace from the living room.

Bedroom 1: Features a double bed, bedside table, air conditioning, and a bathroom. The room has a balcony with sea and Kalkan views.

Bedroom 2: Features a double bed, bedside table, air conditioning, and a bathroom. The room has a balcony with sea and Kalkan views.

Bedroom 3: Features two single beds, a bedside table, air conditioning, and a bathroom. The room has a balcony with sea and Kalkan views.

Bedroom 4: Features two single beds, a bedside table, air conditioning, a bathroom, and a jacuzzi. The room has a balcony with sea and Kalkan views.

Bedroom 5: Features a double bed, bedside table, air conditioning, and a bathroom. The room has a balcony with sea and Kalkan views.

Pool Dimensions:

14 meters x 4 meters wide, 1.45 meters deep.

Roof Heated Pool: 5 meters x 2 meters wide, 1.20 meters deep. Heating is available for a weekly fee of 12,000 TL.

Deposit Procedure: The required deposit for Villa Cratos Luxury is 30,000 TL. This amount will be allocated to you before your arrival and will be returned to you upon your departure. According to the deposit refund conditions, there must be no broken, damaged, or lost items in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will be obliged to deduct the cost of any damage, breakage, or loss from your deposit. You can pay your deposit in US Dollars, British Pounds, or Euros at the current exchange rate.

Check-in and Check-out Information: Check-in time for new guests in each villa is 4 PM and check-out time is 10 AM. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our private cleaning team can carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. Villas are ready for new guests at 4 PM.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas from the city center, public transportation services are not available. Guests who wish to arrange paid transfers or rent a car can request assistance from our sales consultants. For guests who prefer air travel, the nearest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants will provide location information and directions for guests arriving by private vehicle.
