Villa Cosy

Villa Cosy, located in Patara Region and put into service in 2022, our villa is located in a quiet location away from the center, intertwined with nature and with a magnificent sea view. Our villa, where wood and modernity coexist, has 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. It is very suitable for honeymoon couples and families of 2 people. Our modern villa, which is dominated by the harmony of wood and stone, has a jacuzzi, en-suite bathroom, private swimming pool and garden terrace.

Living Room : The modern designed living room has air conditioning, sitting group, TV, coffee table and sitting group. It is possible to exit to the pool terrace from the living room.

Kitchen : In the American kitchen, there are refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave oven, toaster, kettle, toaster, dining table, cutlery, pots and pans, glasses.

Bedroom : Double bed, air conditioner, bedside table, wardrobe, jacuzzi, bathroom and sink are on the lower floor.

Pool Dimensions : It is 7 meters X 4 meters wide and 1.50 meters deep.

Note : A short stay fee of 1.500 TL is required for accommodation under 7 Nights.

Deposit Procedure : Our deposit fee requested for Villa Cozy is 2.000 TL. This fee will be allocated by you before your entry and will be allocated back to you when you exit. According to the return conditions of your deposit, there must be no broken, damaged or lost property in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will have to allocate the cost of damage, broken or lost property in the villa from your deposit fee. You can pay your deposit payments in US Dollars, British Pounds or Euros based on the current exchange rate of the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-out Information : The new guest check-in time for each of our villas is determined as 16.00 at noon and check-out time as 10.00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team will carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16.00.

Transportation : Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Our guests who want to transfer or rent a car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer the airline, the closest airport is  Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests using private vehicles.
