Villa Cindy, our indispensable villa for those who like to be close to the sea, is located in the Kaş Çukurağ region. Located very close to the sea and central places, our villa has 3 bedrooms and has an accommodation capacity of 6 people. It is ideal for large families and honeymoon couples looking for a villa close to the sea. In the large garden of our villa with sea view, surrounded by trees, there is a pool, sun loungers, dining table, seating corners and barbecue. Villa Cindy is located within walking distance to the beach, restaurants and cafes. The region where our villa is located is known as the Çukurbağ peninsula. The peninsula is highly appreciated for its calmness, peaceful weather, unique nature, deep blue sea and many other features that we cannot count. You can choose Villa Cindy for a unique holiday experience with your family and loved ones.

Kitchen: The bright and spacious American kitchen includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, oven, kettle, dining table, dinnerware and cooking utensils.

Living Room: The living room with a magnificent view has a comfortable seating area, TV, DVD player and air conditioning. There is a passage from the living room to the pool terrace.

1st Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioning, bathroom and toilet.

2nd Bedroom: There is a double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioning, bathroom and toilet.

3rd Bedroom: There is a double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioning, bathroom and toilet.

Pool Dimensions: 10 meters x 4 meters wide, 1.55 meters deep.

Note: For stays under 7 nights, a short stay fee of 2,000 TL is requested.

Note: Our villa has a shared pool and can use 2 other buildings, but rental is not possible in those buildings.

Deposit Procedure: Our required deposit fee for Villa Cindy is 5,000 TL. This fee will be allocated to you before your entry and will be allocated back to you when you exit. According to the return conditions of your deposit, there must be no broken, damaged or lost items in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will have to allocate the cost of damage, broken or lost items in the villa from your deposit fee. You can pay your deposit in US Dollars, British Pounds or Euros based on the current exchange rate.

Check-in and Check-Out Information: In each of our villas, the check-in time for new guests is 16.00 at noon and the check-out time is 10.00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team can carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16.00.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service is not available. Our guests who want to rent a paid transfer or car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer air travel, the closest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests who travel by private vehicle.
