Villa Çınar Islamlar, Our villa located in Kalkan Islamlar Region is intertwined with nature and has a 1-bedroom and 2-person accommodation capacity. You can have a fun holiday with the pool, garden set and table football on the terrace of the villa. The fact that our terrace is fenced offers a comfortable and comfortable holiday. The interior of the villa has been designed in a very stylish and modern way.

Kitchen : In our American kitchen, which has been designed in accordance with today and fully, there is a dishwasher, washing machine, dining table, microwave oven, 4-burner stove, oven, electric kettle, dinnerware, pans and pots, cutlery and cutlery.

Living Room :   The living room, which is designed in a modern and very comfortable way, has a comfortable and luxurious sitting group, air conditioning, HD-smart TV and satellite receiver, and wireless internet. You can easily pass from the living room to the pool terrace.

1st Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, make-up table, wardrobe, air conditioner, nightstand, jacuzzi and bathroom and toilet.

Pool Dimensions: 7 meters X 3 meters wide, 1.50 meters deep.

Note:  400 TL Short Accommodation fee is required for rentals of less than 7 nights. 

Our villa is located on the 1st floor of a 2-storey house. Our host lives on the TOP floor of our villa. The entrance to the lower floor and the upper floor of our villa are independent.

Maintenance: The maintenance of the pool and garden in our villa is done once a day, in the morning or in the evening, by the officers who take care of the villa.

Deposit Procedure: The deposit fee requested for Villa Çınar İslamlar is 2000 TL. This fee will be allocated by you before your entry and will be allocated back to you when you exit. According to the return conditions of your deposit, there must be no broken, damaged or lost property in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will have to allocate the cost of damage, broken or lost property in the villa from your deposit fee. You can pay your deposit payments in US Dollars, British Pounds or Euros based on the current exchange rate of the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-out Information: In each of our villas, new guests check-in time is 16.00 noon and check-out time is 10:00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team will carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16.00.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Our guests who want to transfer or rent a car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer the airline, the closest airport is  Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests using private vehicles.
