Villa Ceviziçi, Located in the Sarıbelen Region of Kalkan, in nature, away from the chaos and noise of the city, Villa Zelyus with a 2-bedroom, 4-person accommodation capacity, the pool terrace and garden part of which has been made conservative, is an ideal option for nuclear families and conservative families. .

Kitchen : There is an American kitchen with a very modern structure. In this American kitchen section, there is an electric oven, electric kettle, dishwasher, stovetop, microwave oven, large refrigerator and washing machine.

Living Room : The living room, designed in a modern and comfortable way, has a dining table for 4 people, a seating group and an LCD TV.

NOTE : A short stay fee of 2.000 TL is required for stays of less than 7 nights .

Deposit Procedure : The deposit fee requested for Villa Ceviziçi is 5.000 TL. This fee will be allocated by you before your entry and will be allocated back to you when you exit. According to the return conditions of your deposit, there should be no broken, damaged or lost property in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will have to allocate the cost of damage, broken or lost property in the villa from your deposit fee. You can pay your deposit payments in US Dollars, British Pounds or Euros based on the current exchange rate of the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-out Information : In each of our villas, the new guest check-in time is determined as 16.00 in the afternoon and the check-out time is determined as 10.00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team will carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16.00.

Transportation : Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Our guests who want to transfer or rent a car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer the airline, the closest airport is  Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests using private vehicles.
