Villa Ceviziçi offers a peaceful retreat with stunning nature views and full privacy, perfect for those seeking a relaxing holiday away from the city’s noise. Located in a serene setting, this villa has 2 bedrooms and accommodates up to 4 guests.

Blending wood and stone architecture, the villa features a private swimming pool, sun loungers, a swing, a cozy sitting area, a dining table, and a barbecue in its spacious, secluded garden. Every detail has been carefully considered to ensure your comfort. Ideal for families or couples, Villa Ceviziçi is where you can unwind and reconnect with nature.

Kitchen : There is an American kitchen with a very modern structure. In this American kitchen section, there is an electric oven, electric kettle, dishwasher, stovetop, microwave oven, large refrigerator and washing machine.

Living Room : The living room, designed in a modern and comfortable way, has a dining table for 4 people, a seating group and an LCD TV.

1. Bedroom :  1 Double Bed, Air Conditioner, Wardrobe, Commode, Make-up Table, Bath and WC.

2. Bedroom : There are 2 Single Beds, Air Conditioner, Wardrobe, Nightstand, Makeup Table, bathroom and toilet.

Pool Dimensions : Width - 3.5 m | Length - 10 m | Depth - 1.50 cm

NOTE : A short stay fee of 4.000 TL is required for stays of less than 7 nights .

The last 750 meters of the road leading to the villa is a gravel road (not asphalt).

Deposit Procedure : The deposit fee requested for Villa Ceviziçi is 8.000 TL. This fee will be allocated by you before your entry and will be allocated back to you when you exit. According to the return conditions of your deposit, there should be no broken, damaged or lost property in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will have to allocate the cost of damage, broken or lost property in the villa from your deposit fee. You can pay your deposit payments in US Dollars, British Pounds or Euros based on the current exchange rate of the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-out Information : In each of our villas, the new guest check-in time is determined as 16.00 in the afternoon and the check-out time is determined as 10.00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team will carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16.00.

Transportation : Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Our guests who want to transfer or rent a car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer the airline, the closest airport is  Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests using private vehicles.
