Villa Ceviz Bahce is a conservative villa for rent with 2 bedrooms and an accommodation capacity of 5 people, located in Kalkan Yeşilköy Region. It hosts magnificent nature views when you look from its windows. This villa, which has a sheltered pool terrace, offers a sheltered holiday opportunity for our conservative families. One bedroom has a jacuzzi.

Kitchen: There is a modern and stylish American kitchen, which includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, 4-burner stove (built-in), electric kettle, cooking sets, kitchen equipment and dinnerware.

Living Room: It has a comfortable and luxurious living room. This lounge has a seating group, satellite TV (LCD), wireless internet and air conditioning.

1st Bedroom: The room has a double bed, bedside table, air conditioning, jacuzzi, bathroom and toilet.

2. Bedroom: The room has a double bed, one single bed, bedside table, air conditioning, bathroom and toilet.

Pool Dimensions: 8 meters x 3.5 meters wide and 1.50 meters deep.

NOTE: For stays under 7 nights, a short stay fee of 2,500 TL is requested.

The last 50 meters of the road leading to the villa is a stabilized road.

Deposit Procedure: Our required deposit fee for Villa Walnut Garden is 3,000 TL. This fee will be allocated to you before your entry and will be allocated back to you when you exit. According to the return conditions of your deposit, there must be no broken, damaged or lost items in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will have to allocate the cost of damage, broken or lost items in the villa from your deposit fee. You can pay your deposit in US Dollars, British Pounds or Euros based on the current exchange rate.

Check-in and Check-Out Information: In each of our villas, the check-in time for new guests is 16.00 at noon and the check-out time is 10.00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team can carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16.00.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service is not available. Our guests who want to rent a paid transfer or car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer air travel, the closest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests who travel by private vehicle.
