Villa Casaba

Villa Casaba, located in the Kas Casaba region, intertwined with nature, has 2 bedrooms and an accommodation capacity of 4 people. In the sheltered large garden of our villa, there is a pool, sun loungers, a sitting corner, a table, and a jacuzzi in the bedroom with a modern design that combines modern harmony. All facilities are provided for you to have a fun and enjoyable holiday in our villa, which is located on a large land.

Kitchen:  The bright and spacious American kitchen includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, stove, oven, kettle, dinnerware and cooking utensils.

Living Room: The living room has a modern design and includes a comfortable seating group, TV, DVD player and air conditioning. There is a passage from the living room to the pool terrace.

1st Bedroom: There is a double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioning, jacuzzi, bathroom and toilet.

2nd Bedroom: There are two single beds, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioning, bathroom and toilet.

Pool Dimensions: 10 meters x 3 meters wide and 1.50 meters deep.

Note: For stays under 7 nights, a short stay fee of 2,000 TL is required.

Deposit Procedure: Our required deposit fee for Villa Casaba is 3,000 TL. This fee will be allocated to you before your entry and will be allocated back to you when you exit. According to the return conditions of your deposit, there must be no broken, damaged or lost items in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will have to allocate the cost of damage, broken or lost items in the villa from your deposit fee. You can pay your deposit in US Dollars, British Pounds or Euros based on the current exchange rate.

Check-in and Check-Out Information: Guest check-in hours for our villas are set at 16.00. Our guest check-out time from our villas is 10.00 in the morning. We kindly ask you to make your plans according to the specified hours. Our villa is cleaned in detail and delivered to our guests after you.

Transportation: Due to their location, our villas are located in a structure that is far from the city center and in touch with nature. In this case, unfortunately, public transportation support cannot be provided to the location of our villas. Our sales consultants are ready to provide support for our guests who want to rent a paid transfer or car. For our guests who will prefer air travel, the closest airport to the location of our villas is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our consultants share location information for our guests who come with their private vehicles.
