Security Deposit Procedure

The security deposit requested for Villa Cape House is 30,000 TL. This amount is collected before check-in and refunded at check-out provided that there is no damage, breakage or missing item in the villa.

The deposit may also be paid in US Dollars, British Pounds or Euros according to the current exchange rate. Any damage, broken or missing item costs incurred during the stay are deducted from the deposit.

Check-in and Check-out Information

Guest check-in time for our villas is 16:00. Check-out time is 10:00 in the morning. We kindly ask you to plan according to these hours.

For the comfort of the next guests, the villa is thoroughly cleaned and prepared before delivery.

Transportation

Our villas are located away from the town centre and in touch with nature. For this reason, public transportation service unfortunately cannot be provided to the villa location.
