Kitchen: The American kitchen has a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, 4-burner stove (built-in), microwave oven, electric kettle, pan & pot etc. kitchen equipment, and a dinner set for 8 people.

Living Room: Designed with light and soft colors, the living room has a sea and nature view, a seating group, satellite TV (LCD), wireless internet, air conditioning, and a dining table for 8 people. The living room has access to the pool terrace.

Bedroom 1: There is one double bed, air conditioning, wardrobe, dressing table, nightstand, bathroom and toilet.

Bedroom 2: There is one double bed, air conditioning, wardrobe, dressing table, nightstand, bathroom and toilet.

Bedroom 3: There is one double bed, air conditioning, wardrobe, dressing table, nightstand, bathroom and toilet.

Bedroom 4: There are two single beds, air conditioning, wardrobe, dressing table, nightstand, bathroom and toilet.

NOTE: For stays under 7 nights, a 6,000 TL short stay fee is requested.

Deposit Procedure: The deposit requested for Villa Canan Patara is 5,000 TL. The damage deposit is taken before your entry to the villa and is returned when you leave the villa. According to the refund conditions of the deposit, there should be no damage, loss, missing or broken items in the villa during the usage period. You can make your payment in US Dollars, British Pounds and/or Euros based on the current exchange rates, equivalent to the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-out Information: In each villa, the new guest check-in time is determined as 16:00 in the afternoon and the check-out time is 10:00 in the morning. It is important for you to leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team can carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16:00.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Guests who want to rent a paid transfer or a car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer air travel, the closest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests who travel by private vehicle.
