Villa Cactus House

Villa Cactus House, a recently renovated and exclusive property is located in Kalkan-Akbel. The property accommodates eight guests in four bedrooms with private bathrooms and offers absolute privacy. 

The entire property has been very lavishly and costly renovated. Both indoors and out, everything has been thought through to create a luxurious retreat that can accommodate almost any desire. The only exception is that the villa is not on the waterfront. But, the owners have come up with a simple solution by bringing the water to the property.

The main pool is the largest we have seen in a private villa in Kalkan, equipped with a grotto, a waterfall and two water slides! But that's not all; the outdoor pool elegantly merges into an indoor pool, where you can refresh and relax even in the cool season.

In combination with the wonderful offer of bathing possibilities and the fantastic panoramic view, the cactus house fulfils the wishes of our most demanding guests.

Kalkan's centre with its numerous terrace restaurants is only a few minutes drive from the villa, but once you are in the cactus house you may not want to leave!

• The outdoor pool has two slides and a waterfall that hides an explorable cave (the pool contains salt water and is unchlorinated).
• The indoor pool has a retractable roof and walls, with swing, sand, waterfall and relaxation area (the pool is salt water and not chlorinated).

• Underfloor heating and central cooling as well as a wood stove in the living area - therefore winter rentals are possible.

*The cinema room can be used as a children's room (up to 4 children can sleep on single mattresses if required). One of the double rooms can be configured as a double room if required.

Bail Conditions: A security deposit of TL 7.000 will be charged upon arrival. This deposit will be refunded after leaving the villa. The security deposit serves as a security for any resulting damage, loss or theft. It is possible to pay the deposit in US Dollars, British Pounds and / or Euros based on the current daily exchange rates.

Arrival and departure: Your accommodation is ready from 16:00. Departure is at 10:00. This regulation allows our cleaning teams to operate smoothly.
