Villa Busem Sarıbelen, Our villa, which is far from the noise of the city and is intertwined with nature, is located in the Sarıbelen Region of Kalkan. Villa Busem Sarıbelen is ideal for conservative nuclear families and honeymooners. There is a jacuzzi in one of the bedrooms of our single-storey villa with modern architecture. Our guests who want to spend a quiet and enjoyable holiday can choose Villa Busem Sarıbelen with peace of mind.

Kitchen :  There is a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, oven, kettle, dinnerware, dining table and cooking utensils in the bright and spacious living room.

Living Room : There is a comfortable seating group, TV and DVD player in the modern designed living room, where the harmony of stone architecture and wood is combined. There is a transition from the living room to the pool terrace.

1. Bedroom : There is a double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioner, jacuzzi, bath and toilet .

2. Bedroom : There are two single beds, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioner, bathroom and toilet.

Pool Dimensions : 8 meters X 4 meters wide, 1.55 meters deep.

Note : A short stay fee of 1.250 TL is required for stays of less than 7 nights.

Deposit Procedure : The deposit fee requested for Villa Busem Sarıbelen is 3.000 TL. This fee will be allocated by you before your entry and will be allocated back to you when you exit. According to the return conditions of your deposit, there must be no broken, damaged or lost property in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will have to allocate the cost of damage, broken or lost property in the villa from your deposit fee. You can pay your deposit payments in US Dollars, British Pounds or Euros based on the current exchange rate of the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-out Information : The new guest check-in time for each of our villas is determined as 16.00 at noon and check-out time as 10.00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team will carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16.00.

Transportation : Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Our guests who want to transfer or rent a car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer the airline, the closest airport is  Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests using private vehicles.
