Villa Buse Yeşilköy is located in Yeşilköy village of Kalkan, which is the holiday center of Antalya with unique beauties. There are 3 bedrooms in this villa where simplicity is at the forefront. It is mostly preferred by our honeymoon couples and nuclear families. In this villa where you will be intertwined with nature, a wonderful living room and kitchen welcomes you. At the same time, the sides of the pool terrace of this villa, which also has a pool terrace, are sheltered, and you can have a secluded holiday where no one will disturb you. With this feature, it is a villa preferred by our conservative families among conservative villas. Accommodation capacity is limited to 5 people.

Kitchen: All the facilities offered by modern technology are available in this kitchen. In this American kitchen, you can easily access many kitchen equipment such as oven, stove, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, dining table, cutlery. In this way, you can cook your comfort food at home and enjoy your family meal with ease.

Living Room: The modern-looking living room, where the comfort level is kept at the highest level, and an ultra-luxury sitting group, TV, coffee table, air conditioner are available for your family and guests. There is also a transition from the lounge to the pool terrace.

1.Bedroom : There is 1 double bed, make-up table, wardrobe, air conditioner, LCD TV, nightstand, jacuzzi and bathroom and toilet.

2.Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, make-up table, wardrobe, air conditioner, LCD TV, bedside table, bathroom and toilet.

Pool Dimensions:  The pool in the villa is 12 meters X 4 meters wide and 1.58 meters deep.

Garden :  The pool in the garden is specially sheltered, it is not visible from the outside in any way. We have playgrounds for our little guests.

Maintenance: The maintenance of our villa is organized once a day (morning or evening). In this maintenance, the maintenance of your pool and garden in the villa is done by our cleaning staff.

Note: A short stay fee of 1500 TL is required for stays of less than 7 nights.

Deposit Procedure: Our deposit fee requested for Villa Buse Yeşilköy is 1.000 TL. This fee will be allocated by you before your entry and will be allocated back to you when you exit. According to the return conditions of your deposit, there should be no broken, damaged or lost property in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will have to allocate the cost of damage, broken or lost property in the villa from your deposit fee. You can pay your deposit payments in US Dollars, British Pounds or Euros based on the current exchange rate of the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-out Information: In each of our villas, the check-in time for new guests is determined as 16.00 in the afternoon and the check-out time is determined as 10.00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team will carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16.00.

Transportation : Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Our guests who want to transfer or rent a car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer the airline, the closest airport is  Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests using private vehicles.
