Villa Bu Yaz is a private holiday villa located in the peaceful **İslamlar area of Kalkan, offering a tranquil vacation experience surrounded by nature. With 2 bedrooms and a capacity of up to 5 guests, it is an ideal choice for families seeking comfort and relaxation.

The interior of the villa features a modern and comfortable design with bright and spacious living areas. The bedrooms include 2 double beds and 1 single bed, and one of the bedrooms is equipped with a jacuzzi, adding a touch of luxury to your stay.

Villa Bu Yaz offers a serene atmosphere with its private swimming pool, children’s pool, and garden overlooking beautiful natural scenery. Guests can enjoy a variety of amenities such as a children’s playground, swing, barbecue area, outdoor seating furniture, and table football, ensuring fun and relaxation for all ages.

Kitchen: The American kitchen, which will not look like the kitchen of your home, includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, stove, oven, kettle, toaster, dining table, dinnerware and cooking utensils.

Living Room: The modern and luxuriously designed living room includes a comfortable seating group, TV, DVD player, air conditioning and internet. There is a transition from the living room to the pool terrace.

1. Bedroom: There is a double bed, air conditioning, jacuzzi, bedside table, wardrobe, make-up table, bathroom and toilet.

2. Bedroom: There is a double bed, a single bed, air conditioning, wardrobe, bedside table, vanity table, bathroom and toilet.

Pool Dimensions: 11 meters X 3.5 meters wide, 1.50 meters deep.

Children’s Pool Dimensions: 1.8 meters X 1.8 meters wide, 0.40 meters deep.

NOTE : A short stay fee of 4.000 TL is required for stays of less than 7 nights.

Deposit Procedure: The deposit fee requested for the Villa Bu Yaz is 6.000 TL. This fee will be allocated by you before your entry and will be allocated back to you when you exit. According to the return conditions of your deposit, there must be no broken, damaged or lost property in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will have to allocate the cost of damage, broken or lost property in the villa from your deposit fee. You can pay your deposit payments in US Dollars, British Pounds or Euros based on the current exchange rate of the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-out Information: In each of our villas, new guests check-in time is 16.00 noon and check-out time is 10:00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team will carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16.00.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Our guests who want to transfer or rent a car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer the airline, the closest airport is  Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests using private vehicles.
