Villa Brothers

Villa Brothers is a 4-bedroom villa for rent in the nature of Kalkan Üzümlü, with a capacity of 8 people. The interior of our villa has been designed in a modern and comfortable way, and at the same time, sauna, Turkish bath, table football, billiards, table tennis, indoor heated pool, swing, mini playground for small children, private swimming pool, sitting corner in our villa for a fun and enjoyable holiday. It has been prepared for your family or friend groups with an extra television corner from the living room. In the bedrooms, there are 3 double beds and 2 single beds, there is a bathtub in one of the bathrooms, at the same time there is underfloor heating and indoor swimming pool heating for an extra fee in winter. Villa Brothers has a small garden and you can enjoy your holiday in all months with a mini playground, sitting group and barbecue area on the pool terrace.

Kitchen : The fully equipped kitchen with a magnificent view includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, stove, oven, kettle, dinnerware, cooking tools and utensils.

Living Room: There is an exit from the living room to the pool terrace. There is a comfortable sitting group, TV, internet, air conditioning, dining table in the living room.

1st Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, air conditioner, bedside table, wardrobe, make-up table in the room. It has a toilet and a bathroom.

2nd Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, air conditioner, bedside table, wardrobe, make-up table in the room. It has a toilet and a bathroom.

3. Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, air conditioner, bedside table, wardrobe, make-up table in the room. It has a toilet and a bathroom.

4.Bedroom: There are 2 single beds in the room, air conditioner, bedside table, wardrobe. It has a toilet and a bathroom.

Pool Dimensions: It is 8.5 meters X 3 meters wide, 1.45 meters deep.

Indoor Pool Dimensions: 2.6 Meters X 4.6 Meters wide, 1.00 meters deep.

Note: A short stay fee of 6.000 TL is required for stays of less than 7 nights.

If heating is required for the heated pool, a daily heating fee of 1.500 TL is requested.

If heating is required for underfloor heating, a daily heating fee of 1,500 TL is requested.

Deposit Procedure: The deposit fee requested for Villa Brothers is 6.000 TL. This fee will be allocated by you before your entry and will be allocated back to you when you exit. According to the return conditions of your deposit, there must be no broken, damaged or lost property in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will have to allocate the cost of damage, broken or lost property in the villa from your deposit fee. You can pay your deposit payments in US Dollars, British Pounds or Euros based on the current exchange rate of the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-out Information: The new guest check-in time for each of our villas is determined as 16.00 at noon and check-out time as 10.00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team will carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16.00.

Transportation : Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Our guests who want to transfer or rent a car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer the airline, the closest airport is  Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests using private vehicles.
