Villa Bohem

Villa Bohem is located very close to Patara Village Center and you can have a wonderful honeymoon in our 1 bedroom villa with jacuzzi and sauna. The pool is sheltered, you can relax in the garden furniture and in the village air, which is incredibly clean and has floral scents.

Hall: There is a sofa set, television, satellite receiver, iron, ironing board, air conditioning, a 3-person dining table and chairs in the comfortable lounge.

Kitchen: The modern American kitchen has a refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave oven, built-in oven set, toaster, electric kettle, dinnerware, cutlery set, pans, pots and glasses.

1st Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, wardrobe, air conditioning and bedside table in the room. It has a private bathroom, toilet and jacuzzi.

Pool Terrace: There is 1 sheltered private swimming pool in the garden, sun loungers, parasol, garden furniture, swing, dining table and chairs, plus barbecue.

Pool Dimensions:

It is 10 meters x 3 meters wide and 1.55 meters deep.

NOTE :A short stay fee of 1.500 TL is required for stays of less than 7 nights.

Deposit Procedure: The deposit requested for Villa Bohem is 3.000 TL. Damage deposit is taken prior to your entrance to the villa and will be refunded on departure. According to the return conditions of the deposit, the villa should not be damaged, lost, lost or broken during use. You can make your payment in US Dollars, British Pounds and / or Euros, based on the current exchange rates, equivalent to the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-out Information: In each villa, new guest check-in time is set at 16:00 noon and check-out time is 10:00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team prepares the villas for our other guests with care. Villas are delivered ready at 16:00 to our new guests.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Our guests who want to pay a transfer or rent a car can request support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer airline, the nearest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests who travel by private vehicles.
