Kitchen: The bright and spacious American kitchen of Villa Toscana, dominated by white, includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave oven, toaster, kettle, dining table, dinnerware and cooking utensils.

Living Room: The lounge is decorated with modern furniture and features a comfortable L-shaped armchair, TV, TV unit, DVD player, satellite receiver, air conditioning and internet. There is a passage from the living room to the pool terrace.

Bedroom 1: There is a double bed, wardrobe, dressing table, jacuzzi, nightstand, air conditioning, bathroom and toilet.

Bedroom 2: There is a double bed, wardrobe, nightstand, dressing table, air conditioning, bathroom and toilet.

Pool Dimensions: 12.90 meters x 3.30 meters wide, 1.60 meters deep.

Note: A short stay fee of 3,500 TL is requested for accommodations under 7 nights.

Deposit Procedure: Our deposit fee requested for Villa Bogota is 5,000 TL. This fee will be allocated to you before your check-in and will be re-allocated to you when you check-out. According to the terms of your deposit refund, there should be no broken, damaged or lost items in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will have to allocate the cost of any damage, broken or lost items in the villa from your deposit fee. You can pay your deposit payments in US Dollars, British Pounds or Euros based on the current exchange rate of the deposit amount on that day.

Check-in and Check-out Information: New guest check-in time for each villa is determined as 16:00 and check-out time is 10:00 in the morning. It is important for you to leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team can carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16:00.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas from the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Guests who want to rent a car or have a paid transfer can ask for support from our sales consultants. The closest airport for our guests who prefer air travel is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests who use private vehicles.
