Villa Black Sea is a 3-bedroom rental villa with a capacity of 6 people, located in the Kördere Region of Kalkan. The interior of our villa has been designed in a modern and comfortable way and has been made ready for you. The villa also has a Sauna room and is an ideal option for families or groups of 6 people.

Kitchen: In the modern and aesthetic American kitchen, there is a two-person table football game table for you to have a pleasant time with a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, electric kettle, 4-burner stove, dinnerware, pans, pots, cutlery.

Living Room: In the colorful and comfortable living room, there is a seating group, satellite TV (LCD), air conditioning, dining table, sink and toilet.

1. Bedroom: There is a double bed, bedside table, wardrobe, make-up table, air conditioner, bathroom and toilet.

NOTE: A cleaning fee of 2500 TL is required for rentals under 7 Nights.

The last 500-600 m road of the villa consists of a steep slope.

Deposit Procedure: The deposit fee requested for Villa Black Sea is 5.000 TL. The damage deposit is taken before you enter the villa and is refunded when you leave the villa. According to the return conditions of the deposit, there should be no damage, loss, loss or broken goods in the villa during the usage period. You can make your payment in US Dollars, British Pounds and/or Euros based on current exchange rates, equivalent to the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-out Information: The new guest check-in time for each of our villas is determined as 16.00 at noon and check-out time as 10.00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team will carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16.00.

Transportation : Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Our guests who want to transfer or rent a car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer the airline, the closest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests using private vehicles.
