Villa Bird House Duo, Our conservative villa with a one-bedroom and 2-person accommodation capacity, located in the village of İkizce, has a breathtaking view of nature. You can enjoy nature and bird sounds in our villa, which is intertwined with nature. There is a pool and an area where you can have a pleasant dinner on the terrace of our villa, where stone and modern design are combined.

Living Room : The living room, which is comfortable and dominated by wooden design, includes a seating group, television, satellite receiver, iron, air conditioning, a 4-person dining table and chairs.

Kitchen : The modern American kitchen includes a refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, built-in oven set, toaster, electric kettle, dinnerware, cutlery, pans, pots and glasses.

1. Bedroom : There is 1 double bed, bedside table, make-up table, bathroom and toilet in the room.

Pool Dimensions : 7 meters X 3 meters wide, 1.60 meters deep.

Note : A cleaning fee of 1.000 TL is required for stays of less than 7 nights.

Deposit Procedure : The deposit fee requested for Villa Bird House Duo is 2.000 TL. This fee will be allocated by you before your entry and will be allocated back to you when you exit. According to the return conditions of your deposit, there must be no broken, damaged or lost property in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will have to allocate the cost of damage, broken or lost property in the villa from your deposit fee. You can pay your deposit payments in US Dollars, British Pounds or Euros based on the current exchange rate of the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-out Information : In each of our villas, new guests check-in time is 16.00 noon and check-out time is 10:00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team will carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16.00.

Transportation : Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Our guests who want to transfer or rent a car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer the airline, the closest airport is  Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests using private vehicles.
