Villa Bird House is a conservative honeymoon villa located in İkizce village. It has an accommodation capacity of 2 people. You can listen to the sounds of nature and birds all day long, being in touch with nature. It has a pleasant design with wood in its design. There are sun loungers, parasols and a pavilion on the sheltered pool terrace.

Living Room: In the comfortable living room, there is a seating group, television, satellite receiver, iron, air conditioner, dining table for 4 people and chairs.

Kitchen: The modern American kitchen includes a refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, built-in oven set, toaster, electric kettle, dinnerware, cutlery, pans, pots and glasses.

1. Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, bedside table, make-up table, bathroom and toilet in the room.

Pool Dimensions: 7 meters X 3 meters wide, 1.60 meters deep.

Note: A cleaning fee of 1500 TL is required for stays of less than 7 nights.

Deposit Procedure: Deposit fee requested for Villa Bird House is 2000 TL. The damage deposit is taken before you enter the villa and is refunded when you leave the villa. According to the return conditions of the deposit, there should be no damage, loss, loss or broken goods in the villa during the usage period. You can make your payment in US Dollars, British Pounds and/or Euros based on current exchange rates, equivalent to the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-out Information: The new guest check-in time for each of our villas is determined as 16.00 at noon and check-out time as 10.00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team will carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16.00.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Our guests who want to transfer or rent a car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer the airline, the closest airport is  Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests using private vehicles.
