Villa Bilgin Çavdır is a modern and comfortable holiday villa located in the peaceful Çavdır region of Kalkan, surrounded by nature. With 2 bedrooms and accommodation for up to 5 guests, it is ideal for conservative families and honeymoon couples.

One of the villa’s standout features is its indoor and outdoor swimming pools, allowing guests to enjoy swimming in all seasons. The pool area is equipped with sun loungers and umbrellas, offering a relaxing environment throughout the day.

The surrounding area offers beautiful nature trails and scenic views, perfect for walking, cycling, and enjoying peaceful moments in nature. Villa Bilgin Çavdır promises a calm, romantic, and unforgettable holiday experience.

The kitchen : section has a modern and stylish design and has all the kitchen utensils you need. Many kitchen appliances such as refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, oven and dinnerware offer all the facilities you need during your holiday.

The living room : section offers a comfortable and spacious seating area. Our guests can sit on comfortable armchairs and benefit from facilities such as TV, coffee table and air conditioning. There is also direct access to the pool terrace from the lounge area.

1. Bedroom : The room has a double bed, nightstand, air conditioner, jacuzzi, bathroom and toilet.

2. Bedroom : There is a double bed, two single beds, a nightstand, air conditioning, a bathroom and a toilet in the room.

Pool Dimensions : 8 meters X 4 meters wide, 1.55 meters deep.

Indoor Pool Dimensions : It is 2.5 meters X 1.80 meters wide and 1.20 meters deep.

Note : A short stay fee of 4.000 TL is required for stays of less than 7 nights.

Pool Heating fee is 2,500 TL per day.

Deposit Procedure : The deposit fee requested for Villa Bilgin Çavdır is 5.000 TL. This fee will be allocated by you before your entry and will be allocated back to you when you exit. According to the return conditions of your deposit, there must be no broken, damaged or lost property in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will have to allocate the cost of damage, broken or lost property in the villa from your deposit fee. You can pay your deposit payments in US Dollars, British Pounds or Euros based on the current exchange rate of the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-out Information : In each of our villas, new guests check-in time is 16.00 noon and check-out time is 10:00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team will carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16.00.

Transportation : Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Our guests who want to transfer or rent a car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer the airline, the closest airport is  Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests using private vehicles.
