Villa Beyza is a stylish 4-bedroom holiday villa with a private pool, located in the Kışla area of Kalkan, offering breathtaking sea views and modern interior design. With a capacity for up to 8 guests, it is ideal for large families and groups of friends.

The villa is within walking distance of one of Kalkan’s most popular beaches and also close to the town center, making it perfect for guests who want to stay in a central and accessible location.

In addition to its private pool in the garden, the villa also offers a rooftop terrace where you can enjoy stunning sunset views. Villa Beyza has been carefully designed with all your needs in mind, ensuring a comfortable and luxurious stay.

Kitchen: Fully equipped modern American kitchen includes refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave oven, electric kettle, dining table, dinnerware, cutlery, pots and pans and glasses.

Living Room: The living room, designed for your comfort, has a sofa set, TV, air conditioning, coffee table, DVD player.

1st Bedroom: The room has a double bed, balcony, wardrobe, dresser, air conditioning, bathroom and toilet.

2nd Bedroom: The room has a double bed, balcony, wardrobe, dresser, air conditioning, bathroom and toilet.

3rd Bedroom: One double bed, balcony, wardrobe, dresser, air conditioning, bathroom and toilet.

Pool Dimensions: 7 meters x 4 meters wide, 1.65 meters deep.

Note: For stays under 7 nights, a short stay fee of 8.000 TL is requested.

Deposit Procedure: The deposit required for Villa Beyza is 15.000 TL. Damage deposit is taken prior to your entrance to the villa and will be returned when you leave the villa. According to the return conditions of the deposit, the villa should not be damaged, lost, lost or broken during use. You can make your payment in US Dollars, British Pounds and / or Euros, based on the current exchange rates, equivalent to the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-out Information: In each villa, new guest check-in time is set at 16:00 noon and check-out time is 10:00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team prepares the villas for our other guests with care. Villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16:00.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Our guests who want to pay a transfer or rent a car can request support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer airline, the nearest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests who travel by private vehicles.
