Villa Best is a holiday villa located in the Akbel region of Kalkan, with its modern architecture and extensive facilities. With its 3 bedrooms and accommodation capacity of 6 people, it offers an ideal option for both families and groups of friends. The villa’s large garden allows you to have a pleasant time with a natural view and has private outdoor and indoor swimming pools, sun loungers, parasols, a seating area, a swing and a dining table.

The villa’s bedrooms have been carefully designed for a comfortable holiday experience, and the master bedroom is equipped with a jacuzzi. In addition, many activities are offered to make your holiday more fun and unforgettable. The villa has facilities such as a Turkish bath, sauna, sports equipment, billiards, table tennis and a cinema room.

With its modern design, luxurious details and various activities, Villa Best offers a perfect choice for both those looking for a peaceful environment and those looking for a fun-filled holiday.

Kitchen : Bright and spacious fully designed American kitchen includes refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave oven, dining table, dinnerware and cooking utensils.

Living Room : The modern decorated living room includes a comfortable seating group, TV, and air conditioning. There is a transition from the living room to the pool terrace.

1. Bedroom : There is a double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioner, jacuzzi, bathroom and toilet.

Pool Dimensions : 10 meters X 3.5 meters wide, 1.45 meters deep.

Note: For stays under 7 nights, a cleaning fee of 3,000 TL is required.

Pool heating fee is 1,000 TL per day.

Underfloor heating fee is 1.250 TL per day

Deposit Procedure : The deposit fee requested for Villa Best is 5.000 TL. This fee will be allocated by you before your entry and will be allocated back to you when you exit. According to the return conditions of your deposit, there must be no broken, damaged or lost property in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will have to allocate the cost of damage, broken or lost property in the villa from your deposit fee. You can pay your deposit payments in US Dollars, British Pounds or Euros based on the current exchange rate of the deposit amount.

Entry and Exit Information : Our guest entry hours to our villas are determined as 16.00. Our guest check-out time from our villas is 10:00 in the morning. We kindly ask you to make your plans according to the specified hours. For our guests who will come after you, our villa is cleaned and delivered in detail.

Transportation : Our villas are located far from the city center, in a structure intertwined with nature. In this situation, unfortunately, public transportation service support cannot be provided to the location of our villas. Our sales consultants are ready to support our guests who want to transfer or rent a car. For our guests who will prefer the airline, the closest airport to the location of our villas is the Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our consultants share location information for our guests who come with their private vehicles.
