Kitchen: Villa Berlin Akbel’s American-style kitchen offers all the amenities you might need during your holiday. It includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, dining table, oven, 4-burner hob, kettle, dinnerware for 4 people, pans, pots, cutlery, and other kitchen utensils.

Living Room: The villa’s stylish and modern living room features a comfortable seating area, coffee table, TV, TV unit, and air conditioning. You can enjoy pleasant moments surrounded by nature by accessing the pool terrace from the living room.

Bedroom 1: 1 double bed, 1 single bed, bedside table, dressing table, air conditioning, jacuzzi, bathroom and toilet.

Bedroom 2: 1 double bed, bedside table, dressing table, air conditioning, bathroom and toilet.

Pool Dimensions: 12 meters x 4 meters, 1.55 meters deep.

Note: A fee of 3,500 TL is charged for stays shorter than 7 nights.

         Pet fee is 3,000 TL. A maximum of 1 pet is allowed.

Deposit Procedure: The required deposit for Villa Berlin Akbel is 7,000 TL. This fee will be allocated to you before your arrival and will be returned to you upon your departure. According to the deposit refund terms, there must be no broken, damaged, or lost items in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will be obliged to deduct the cost of any damage, breakage, or loss from your deposit. You can pay your deposit in US Dollars, British Pounds, or Euros at the current exchange rate.

Check-in and Check-out Information: Check-in time for new guests in each villa is 4 PM and check-out time is 10 AM. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our private cleaning team can carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. Villas are ready for new guests at 4 PM.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas from the city center, public transportation services are not available. Guests who wish to arrange paid transfers or rent a car can request assistance from our sales consultants. For guests who prefer air travel, the nearest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants will share location information and directions for guests arriving by private vehicle.
