The villa’s fully secluded private swimming pool allows you to enjoy a holiday completely private and away from prying eyes. This feature makes it an ideal option for couples who value privacy. Kitchen: It has a fully equipped American-style kitchen including a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, hob, electric kettle, dining table, dinnerware, cutlery, pots and pans, and glasses.

Living Room: It has a spacious living room with a view, designed for your comfort. This spacious living room features a luxurious seating group, TV, air conditioning, coffee table, and DVD player. There is access to the pool terrace.

Bedroom 1: Includes a double bed, balcony, wardrobe, bedside table, jacuzzi, air conditioning, bathroom, and toilet.

Pool Dimensions: 5 meters x 3 meters wide, 1.50 meters deep.

NOTE: A short-stay fee of 3,500 TL is charged for stays shorter than 7 nights.

Deposit Procedure: The required deposit for Villa Bercesti is 5,000 TL. This fee will be allocated to you before your arrival and will be returned to you upon your departure. According to the deposit refund conditions, there must be no broken, damaged, or lost items in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will be obliged to deduct the cost of any damage, breakage, or loss from your deposit. You can pay your deposit in US Dollars, British Pounds, or Euros at the current exchange rate.

Check-in and Check-out Information: Check-in time for new guests in each villa is 4 PM and check-out time is 10 AM. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our private cleaning team can carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. Villas are ready for new guests at 4 PM.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas from the city center, public transportation services are not available. Guests who wish to arrange paid transfers or rent a car can request assistance from our sales consultants. For guests who prefer air travel, the nearest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants will provide location information and directions for guests arriving by private vehicle.
