Villa Bera

Villa Bera , Our villa located in Kalkan Yeşilköy Region, far from the noise and chaos of the city, has 2 bedrooms and an accommodation capacity of 4 people. In the sheltered garden of our villa, there is a pool, sun loungers, a sitting corner where you can read your book in silence, and a dining table. There is also a jacuzzi in one of the bedrooms, designed for your comfort with modern touches. Thanks to the sheltered nature of Villa Bera, it has been designed with conservative core meals and honeymooners in mind.

Kitchen : The American kitchen, designed with all your needs in mind, includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, oven, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, dining table, dinnerware and cooking utensils.

Living Room : In the living room of the bright and spacious Villa Turkuaz, there is a turquoise L sofa set representing its name, TV, DVD player, satellite receiver, air conditioning and internet. There is a transition from the living room to the pool terrace.

1. Bedroom : There is a double bed, commode, air conditioner, jacuzzi, bathroom and toilet. There is an exit to the pool terrace.

2. Bedroom : There are two single beds, bedside table, air conditioning, bathroom and toilet. There is an exit to the pool terrace.

Pool Dimensions : 9.5 meters X 3.5 meters wide, 1.50 meters deep.

NOTE : A short stay fee of 3.500 TL is requested for stays of less than 7 nights.

Deposit Procedure : The deposit fee requested for Villa Bera is 5.000 TL. This fee will be allocated by you before your entry and will be allocated back to you when you exit. According to the return conditions of your deposit, there must be no broken, damaged or lost property in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will have to allocate the cost of damage, broken or lost property in the villa from your deposit fee. You can pay your deposit payments in US Dollars, British Pounds or Euros based on the current exchange rate of the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-out Information : In each of our villas, new guests check-in time is 16.00 noon and check-out time is 10:00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team will carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16.00.

Transportation : Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Our guests who want to transfer or rent a car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer the airline, the closest airport is  Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests using private vehicles.
