Kitchen: Our villa, which has a wooden architecture and a complete design, has an American kitchen with a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, stove, oven, microwave oven, kettle, filter coffee machine, toaster, dining table and cooking utensils.

Living Room: The bright and spacious wooden-architectured living room with windows that extend down to the floor includes a comfortable seating group, TV, DVD player, satellite receiver and air conditioning. There is a passage from the living room to the pool terrace.

Bedroom 1: There is a double bed, nightstand, wardrobe, dressing table, air conditioning, bathroom and toilet.

Bedroom 2: There is a double bed, nightstand, wardrobe, dressing table, air conditioning, bathroom and toilet.

NOTE: A cleaning fee of 2,500 TL is requested for rentals under 7 nights.

Deposit Procedure: The deposit requested for Villa Bellissimo is 3,000 TL. The damage deposit is collected before your arrival at the villa and is returned when you leave the villa. According to the terms of the refund of the deposit, there should be no damage, loss, missing or broken items in the villa during the usage period. You can make your payment in US Dollars, British Pounds and/or Euros based on the current exchange rates, equivalent to the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-out Information: New guest check-in time for each villa is determined as 16:00 and check-out time is 10:00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team can carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16:00.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas from the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Guests who want to rent a car or a paid transfer can ask for support from our sales consultants. The closest airport for our guests who prefer air transportation is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests who use private vehicles.
