Villa Barış is a peaceful holiday villa located in the Bezirgan region of Kalkan, surrounded by nature. With 2 bedrooms and accommodation for up to 4 guests, it is an ideal choice for small families and honeymoon couples.

Completed in 2020, the villa offers a quiet atmosphere away from city noise. Its fully secluded design makes it especially suitable for conservative guests.

The spacious garden includes a private swimming pool, sun loungers, seating area, dining table, and barbecue, providing a perfect space to relax and enjoy your holiday.

One of the bedrooms features a jacuzzi, adding extra comfort to your stay. Villa Barış is a perfect choice for a calm and enjoyable holiday in nature. 

Kitchen: The American kitchen has a fridge, washing machine, 4-stove, microwave oven, electric kettle, kitchen equipment and dining set, with its countertops offering wide usage area and spacious design.

Living Room: The modern living room with an exit to the pool terrace has a sofa set, satellite TV (LCD), wireless internet, air conditioning and a 4-person dining table.

1st Bedroom: There is a double bed, wardrobe, dresser, make-up table and air conditioning in the bedroom. There is a private jacuzzi, bathroom and toilet. There is an exit from the room to the pool terrace.

2nd Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, bedside table and air conditioning in the bedroom. There is a private bathroom and toilet. The room has an exit to the pool terrace.

Pool Dimensions:

It is 12 Meters X 3.5 Meters wide and 1.65 Meters deep.

Note: A short stay fee of 2.000 TL is required for stays of less than 7 nights.

Deposit Procedure: The deposit required for the villa is 3.000 TL. Damage deposit is taken prior to your entrance to the villa and will be refunded on departure. According to the return conditions of the deposit, the villa should not be damaged, lost, lost or broken during use. You can make your payment in US Dollars, British Pounds and / or Euros, based on the current exchange rates, equivalent to the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-out Information: In each villa, new guest check-in time is set at 16:00 noon and check-out time is 10:00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team prepares the villas for our other guests with care. Villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16:00.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Our guests who want to pay a transfer or rent a car can request support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer airline, the nearest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests who travel by private vehicles.
