The Villa Badem is one of our most popular summer residences in Kalkan. You live only a few minutes walk from the beach of Kalkan, the old bazaar and the city centre. With a total of 3 bedrooms and a capacity of 6 people, the villa offers enough space to spend a comfortable holiday with your family or a group of friends.

One of the bedrooms is on the ground floor, the other two are on the second floor and offer sea views, they all have their own bathroom.

Living area:

Seating group with sea view, plasma TV, satellite receiver, fireplace, air conditioning, dining group and access to the pool terrace.

Kitchen:

The modern equipped kitchen has a fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, kettle, microwave, gas stove, oven and access to the pool terrace. 

Bedroom:

Bedroom 1: The room has a double bed, dressing table, chest of drawers, air conditioning, bathroom and balcony with table and chairs.

Bedroom 2: The room with sea view has a double bed, dressing table, chest of drawers, air conditioning, bathroom and balcony with table and chairs.

Bedroom 3: The room with sea view has two single beds, dressing table, bedside table, air conditioning, bathroom and table with chairs.

Pool and garden:

The pool is 7 meters x 3.50 meters, 1.60 meters deep and offers sea views. On the pool terrace you will find sun beds, umbrellas, dining area, BBQ and shower.

Bail Conditions: A security deposit of TL 1000 will be charged upon arrival. This deposit will be refunded after leaving the villa. The security deposit serves as a security for any resulting damage, loss or theft. It is possible to pay the deposit in US Dollars, British Pounds and / or Euros based on the current daily exchange rates.

Arrival and departure: Your accommodation is ready from 16:00. Departure is at 10:00. This regulation allows our cleaning teams to operate smoothly.

Transportation: The nearest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport.
