Villa Ayala, 5 bedroom luxury villa for rent located in Kalkan Kızıltaş. It hosts panoramic sea and islands views. It is carefully decorated with modern and luxury items. It has a large pool area and is a suitable choice for crowded families and friend groups. Villa Ayala offers you four jacuzzi, sauna, Turkish bath, pool heating and underfloor heating. Kitchen: In the modern American kitchen, fully equipped and furnished with the latest technology kitchen equipment, there is a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, electric, kettle, 4-stove, 10-person dinner set, pans, pots, cutlery, knife sets.

Hall: The living room with sea view attracts attention with its modern design and comfortable seating set. There is a sitting group, satellite TV (LCD), air conditioning, dining table, washbasin and toilet in the living room. There is an exit to the pool terrace from the living room.

1st Bedroom: There is a double bed, wardrobe, dresser, make-up table, air conditioning, TV and jacuzzi. There is a private bathroom and toilet.

2nd Bedroom: There is a double bed, wardrobe, dresser, make-up table, air conditioning, TV and jacuzzi. There is a private bathroom and toilet.

3rd Bedroom: There are two single beds, wardrobe, dresser, make-up table, air conditioning and TV. There is a private bathroom and toilet.

Pool Dimensions: 10 meters x 5 meters wide, 1.55 meters deep.

NOTE : Villa Ayala has pool heating. Pool heating cost is 600 GBP  

For stays under 7 nights, a short stay fee of 10,000 TL is requested.

Deposit Procedure: The deposit required for Villa Ayala is 10000 TL. Damage deposit is taken prior to your entrance to the villa and will be refunded on departure. According to the return conditions of the deposit, the villa should not be damaged, lost, lost or broken during use. You can make your payment in US Dollars, British Pounds and / or Euros, based on the current exchange rates, equivalent to the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-out Information: In each villa, new guest check-in time is set at 15:00 noon and check-out time is 10:00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team prepares the villas for our other guests with care. Villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 15:00.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Our guests who want to pay a transfer or rent a car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer airline, the nearest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests who travel by private vehicles.
