Villa Aven

Villa Aven, located in the İslamlar district of Kalkan, offers a quiet and peaceful holiday experience surrounded by nature. The villa, which sleeps four, features two en-suite bedrooms: the master suite has a double bed and a jacuzzi, while the second bedroom has two single beds. An indoor heated pool ensures a pleasant stay even during the winter months. With all the modern amenities, from a fully equipped kitchen to a comfortable seating area and air conditioning, all your needs are met. Enjoy a coffee overlooking the nature on the spacious terrace and enjoy the sunset.

Kitchen: The American-style kitchen, perfect for a home-style kitchen, includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, stove, oven, kettle, toaster, dining table, dinnerware, and cooking utensils.

Living Room: The modern and luxuriously designed living room features a comfortable seating area, a TV, DVD player, air conditioning, and internet access. The living room accesses the pool terrace.

Bedroom 1: Features a double bed, air conditioning, jacuzzi, indoor pool, nightstand, wardrobe, dressing table, bathroom, and toilet.

Bedroom 2: Features two single beds, air conditioning, wardrobe, cot, nightstand, dressing table, bathroom, and toilet.

Pool Dimensions: 8.5 meters x 4 meters wide and 1.55 meters deep.

Indoor Pool Dimensions: 4 meters x 4 meters wide and 1.00 meters deep.

NOTE: A short-stay fee of 3,000 TL is required for stays of less than 7 nights.

Heating of the indoor pool in our villa is charged at a daily rate of 1,500 TL. Guests requesting indoor pool heating must notify their reservation at least 2 days in advance.

Deposit Procedure: The required deposit for Villa Aven is 5,000 TL. This amount will be collected before your check-in and returned to you upon departure. According to the deposit refund policy, the villa must be free of any broken, damaged, or missing items during your stay. Otherwise, we will deduct the cost of any damage, broken, or missing items from your deposit. You can pay your deposit in US Dollars, British Pounds, or Euros, based on the current exchange rate.

Check-in and Check-out Information: New guest check-in time for each villa is 4:00 PM, and check-out time is 10:00 AM. It is important that you leave your room on time so our dedicated cleaning team can carefully prepare the villas for the next guests. New guests are delivered to their villas ready at 4:00 PM.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas from the city center, public transportation is not available. Guests who wish to arrange a paid transfer or rent a car can contact our sales consultants for assistance. For guests traveling by air, the closest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants can provide location information and directions for guests traveling by private vehicle.
