Villa Aura F, our villa with nature and sea view is located in Kalkan Kalamar region. One of our 2 villas, Villa Aura F has 3 bedrooms and provides accommodation for up to 6 people. You can increase the accommodation capacity up to 12 people by renting Villa Aura F together with its other sister villa Villa Aura F. It is a villa where you can reach easily and comfortably in terms of location. It is also within walking distance to places such as markets and greengrocers. Villa Aura F, which has a large garden and pool terrace, offers enjoyable opportunities to its valued guests. There is a seating group, sun loungers, parasols and swings on the pool and garden terrace, and you can discover all the unique colors of Kalkan throughout the day with its sea view. There is a parking lot for our guests’ vehicles in our villa. We are waiting for you at Villa Aura for a pleasant holiday experience with your family and loved ones.

Kitchen: The American kitchen with modern lines includes many kitchen appliances such as a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, oven, dinner sets.

Living Room: In the very comfortable living room, you can access amenities such as a TV, coffee table, air conditioning, along with a luxurious seating group. It also has an exit to the pool terrace.

1st Bedroom: There is a double bed, balcony, wardrobe, nightstand, air conditioning, bathroom and toilet.

2nd Bedroom: There is a double bed, balcony, wardrobe, nightstand, air conditioning, bathroom and toilet.

Pool Dimensions: 8 meters x 4 meters wide, 1.50 meters deep.

Note: A cleaning fee of 200 GBP is requested for stays under 7 nights.

Deposit Procedure: Our requested deposit fee for Villa Aura F is 5,000 TL. This fee will be allocated by you before your check-in and will be re-allocated to you when you check-out. According to the refund conditions of your deposit, there should be no broken, damaged or lost items in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will have to allocate the cost of any damage, broken or lost items in the villa from your deposit fee. You can pay your deposit payments in US Dollars, British Pounds or Euros based on the current exchange rate of the deposit amount on that day.

Check-in and Check-out Information: Our guest check-in hours for our villas are determined as 16:00. Our guest check-out time from our villas is 10:00 in the morning. We kindly ask you to make your plans according to the specified hours. For our guests who will come after you, our villa is cleaned in detail and then delivered

Transportation: Our villas are located far from the city center and in a structure surrounded by nature. Unfortunately, this situation does not provide public transportation service to the location of our villas. Our sales consultants are ready to provide support for our guests who want to rent a car or a paid transfer. For our guests who prefer air travel, the closest airport to our villas is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our consultants share location information for our guests who come with their private vehicles.
