Villa Aura D is a modern and stylish rental villa located in Kalamar Region of Kalkan, surrounded by nature and sea views. This villa is an ideal holiday destination with its three bedrooms and accommodation capacity for six people. If a larger group or two families are planning a holiday, Villa Aura D can be rented together with its sister villa Villa Aura C, increasing its accommodation capacity to 12 people in total.

The villa’s large garden and pool terrace are equipped with comfortable seating groups, sun loungers, parasols and a swing, so guests can have the opportunity to discover the colors and landscape of Kalkan throughout the day. In addition, the villa has easy access to basic needs such as markets and greengrocers within walking distance, allowing guests to meet their needs in a practical way.

Kitchen: The American kitchen with modern lines includes many kitchen appliances such as a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, oven, dinner sets.

Note: A cleaning fee of 200 GBP is requested for stays under 7 nights.

Deposit Procedure: Our requested deposit fee for Villa Aura D is 5,000 TL. This fee will be allocated by you before your check-in and will be re-allocated to you when you check-out. According to the refund conditions of your deposit, there should be no broken, damaged or lost items in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will have to allocate the cost of any damage, broken or lost items in the villa from your deposit fee. You can pay your deposit payments in US Dollars, British Pounds or Euros based on the current exchange rate of the deposit amount on that day.

Check-in and Check-out Information: Our guest check-in hours for our villas are determined as 16:00. Our guest check-out time from our villas is 10:00 in the morning. We kindly ask you to make your plans according to the specified hours. For our guests who will come after you, our villa is cleaned in detail and then delivered

Transportation: Our villas are located far from the city center and in a structure surrounded by nature. Unfortunately, this situation does not provide public transportation service to the location of our villas. Our sales consultants are ready to provide support for our guests who want to rent a car or a paid transfer. For our guests who prefer air travel, the closest airport to our villas is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our consultants share location information for our guests who come with their private vehicles.
