Villa Aura B, our villa with nature and sea view is located in Kalkan Kalamar region. Villa Aura B, one of our 6 villas, has 3 bedrooms and provides accommodation for up to 6 people. It is a villa where you can reach places such as markets and greengrocers with ease. Villa Aura B, which has a large garden and pool terrace, offers enjoyable opportunities to its valued guests. There is a seating group, sun lounger, parasol, swing on the pool and garden terrace, and you can discover all the unique colors of Kalkan throughout the day with its sea view. There is a parking lot for our guests’ vehicles in our villa. We are waiting for you at Villa Aura for a pleasant holiday experience with your family and loved ones.

Kitchen: The American kitchen with modern lines has many kitchen appliances such as a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, oven, dinner sets.

Living Room: In the very comfortable living room, you can access amenities such as a TV, coffee table, air conditioning, along with a luxurious seating group. It also has an exit to the pool terrace.

Bedroom 1: There is a double bed, balcony, wardrobe, nightstand, air conditioning, bathroom and toilet.

Bedroom 2: There is a double bed, balcony, wardrobe, nightstand, air conditioning, bathroom and toilet.

Bedroom 3: There is a double bed, balcony, wardrobe, nightstand, air conditioning, bathroom and toilet.

Pool Dimensions: 7 meters x 4 meters wide, 1.50 meters deep.

Note: A cleaning fee of GBP 200 is requested for stays under 7 nights.

Deposit Procedure: Our requested deposit for Villa Aura B is 5,000 TL. This fee will be allocated to you before your check-in and will be re-allocated to you when you check-out. According to the terms of your deposit refund, there should be no broken, damaged or lost items in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will have to allocate the cost of any damage, broken or lost items in the villa from your deposit fee. You can pay your deposit payments in US Dollars, British Pounds or Euros based on the current exchange rate of the deposit amount on that day.

Check-in and Check-out Information: Our guest check-in hours for our villas are determined as 16:00. Our guest check-out time for our villas is 10:00 in the morning. We kindly ask you to make your plans according to the specified hours. Our villa is cleaned in detail and delivered to our guests who will come after you.

Transportation: Our villas are located far from the city center and in a structure intertwined with nature. In this case, unfortunately, public transportation service cannot be provided to the location of our villas. Our sales consultants are ready to provide support for our guests who want to rent a paid transfer or a car. For our guests who prefer to travel by air, the closest airport to the location of our villas is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our consultants share location information for our guests who come with their private vehicles.
