Villa Atılgan Deluxe is a 3-bedroom villa for rent in the nature of Kalkan Üzümlü, with a capacity of 7 people. The interior of our villa has been designed in a modern and comfortable way and has been made ready for you. Villa Atılgan Deluxe has a sheltered pool terrace and also provides an ideal holiday opportunity for families of 7 people or groups of friends with its activities such as children’s pool, playground, movie theater and sauna.

Kitchen: The modern and aesthetic American kitchen of Villa Atılgan Deluxe includes kitchen utensils such as refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, electric kettle, 4-burner stove, dinnerware, pans, pots and cutlery. There is also a foosball game table for two for you to have a pleasant time. In this way, you can prepare your own meals during your holiday and set pleasant tables with your family and friends.

Living Room: Villa Atılgan Deluxe’s living room, which has a colorful and comfortable design, has facilities such as a sitting group, satellite TV (LCD), air conditioning, dining table, sink and toilet. This area has been carefully considered so that the guests can relax and have a pleasant time.

NOTE: For rentals under 7 nights, a short stay fee of 3.500 TL is requested.

Deposit Procedure: The deposit fee requested for Villa Atılgan Deluxe is 2.000 TL. The damage deposit is taken before you enter the villa and is refunded when you leave the villa. According to the return conditions of the deposit, there should be no damage, loss, loss or broken goods in the villa during the usage period. You can make your payment in US Dollars, British Pounds and/or Euros based on current exchange rates, equivalent to the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-out Information: The new guest check-in time for each of our villas is determined as 16.00 at noon and check-out time as 10.00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team will carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16.00.

Transportation : Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Our guests who want to transfer or rent a car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer the airline, the closest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests using private vehicles.
