Villa Ateş Islamlar is a 2-bedroom villa for rent with a stone and wooden architecture, located in the Kalkan Islamlar Region, with a capacity of 4 people. The interior of our villa has been designed in a modern way and has been made ready for honeymoon couples or families of 4 people. Villa Ateş is an ideal option for honeymoon couples and families of 4 with its Islamic conservatism. Villa Hava Islams, Villa Toprak Islams and Villa Su Islams, which are right next to our villa, are next to our villas.

Kitchen : Equipped with an American kitchen, Villa Ateş Islamlar has all the kitchen utensils you need in its kitchen. You can easily access all kitchen utensils such as refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, oven, kettle.

Living Room : The living room, created for your comfort, includes a seating group and TV, coffee table, and air conditioning facilities.

Note : For accommodation of less than 7 nights, a short stay fee of 4000 TL is required.

Deposit Procedure: Our deposit fee requested for Villa Ateş Islamlar is 5,000 TL. This fee will be allocated by you before your entry and will be allocated back to you when you exit. According to the return conditions of your deposit, there must be no broken, damaged or lost property in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will have to allocate the cost of damage, broken or lost property in the villa from your deposit fee. You can pay your deposit payments in US Dollars, British Pounds or Euros based on the current exchange rate of the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-out Information: The new guest check-in time for each of our villas is determined as 16.00 at noon and check-out time as 10.00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team will carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16.00.

Transportation : Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Our guests who want to transfer or rent a car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer the airline, the closest airport is  Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests using private vehicles.
