Villa Asya

Villa Asya is a luxury and modern villa built in 2020 in Kalkan Islamic Region. Villa Asya has 2 bedrooms and one bedroom also has a jacuzzi. We also have table tennis, table football and darts games for you to have pleasant moments during your holiday. It is a very suitable rental holiday villa for our conservative families and honeymoon couples.

Kitchen: The fully modern American kitchen includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, 4-stove (built-in), microwave oven, electric kettle, 6-person dinnerware, pans, pots and cutlery.

Living Room: The living room, furnished in harmonious colors with wooden architecture, has a comfortable sitting group, satellite TV (LCD), air conditioning, dining table for 6 people and a toilet. There is an exit from the lounge to the pool side.

1st Bedroom: There is a double bed, jacuzzi, bedside table, air conditioning, vanity table, wardrobe, bathroom and toilet. The exit is made to the pool terrace.

2nd Bedroom: 2 single beds, bedside table, air conditioning, make-up table, wardrobe, bathroom. There is an exit from the room to the balcony.

Pool Dimensions: 13 meters x 4.meters wide, 1.50 meters deep.

Note: A short stay fee of 4.000 TL is required for stays of less than 7 nights.

Deposit Procedure: The deposit required for Villa Asya is 7.500 TL. Damage deposit is taken prior to your entrance to the villa and will be refunded on departure. According to the return conditions of the deposit, there should be no damage, loss, lost or broken items in the villa during use. You can make your payment in US Dollars, British Pounds and / or Euros, based on the current exchange rates, equivalent to the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-out Information: New guest check-in time is set at 16:00 noon and check-out time is 10:00 in the morning in each villa. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team prepares the villas for our other guests with care. Villas are delivered ready at 16:00 to our new guests.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Our guests who want to pay a transfer or rent a car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer airline, the nearest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests who travel by private vehicles.
