Villa Asteria, 3 bedroom rental villa located in Kalkan Akbel. It has a sea view of Kalkan and has been carefully designed with modern and comfortable furniture. It has a large and spacious pool terrace positioned laterally to the Villa Asteria.

Kitchenware: American style kitchen, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, 4-stove, kettle, 6-person dinner set, pans, pots, cutlery, knife sets.

Living Room: Sitting group, coffee table, TV, TV unit, air conditioning and exit to the pool terrace.

1st Bedroom: 1 double bed, dresser, make-up table, jacuzzi, bathroom and toilet.

2nd Bedroom: 2 single beds, bedside table, make-up table, bathroom and toilet are for common use.

3rd Bedroom: 1 double bed, bedside table, make-up table, bathroom and toilet.

Pool Dimensions: 8 meters x 4 meters, 1.50 meters deep.

NOTE: A short stay fee of 5.000 TL is required for stays of less than 7 nights.

Deposit Procedure: The deposit required for Villa Asteria is 10.000 TL. Damage deposit is taken prior to your entrance to the villa and will be refunded on departure. According to the return conditions of the deposit, the villa should not be damaged, lost, lost or broken during use. You can make your payment in US Dollars, British Pounds and / or Euros, based on the current exchange rates, equivalent to the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-out Information: In each villa, new guest check-in time is 16:00 noon and check-out time is 10:00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team prepares the villas for our other guests with care. Villas are delivered ready at 16.00 to our new guests.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Our guests who want to pay a transfer or rent a car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer airline, the nearest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests who travel by private vehicles.
