Our villa’s interior design has been carefully designed with modern and comfortable details. With its spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen, and private bathrooms in each bedroom, it offers our guests a home-like holiday experience.

Located amidst nature, Villa Asmalı Konak provides an ideal setting for guests seeking peace and tranquility. Wake up to the sound of birdsong in the morning and enjoy barbecues under the stars in the evening. Its secluded location also makes it suitable for conservative families.

Our villa also comes standard with many comforts, including Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a TV, and a washing machine. For electric vehicle owners, a Wallbox charging unit and an energy-saving smart solar panel system ensure an environmentally responsible holiday experience.

Located just a 15 minutes’ drive from Kalkan’s city center and beaches, Villa Asmalı Konak is the perfect choice for those seeking a luxurious holiday surrounded by nature.

Kitchen: The American-style kitchen, perfect for a home kitchen, features a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, stove, oven, kettle, toaster, dining table, dinnerware, and cooking utensils.

Living Room: The modern and luxuriously designed living room features a comfortable seating area, TV, DVD player, air conditioning, and internet access. There’s access to the pool terrace from the living room.

Bedroom 1: One double bed, air conditioning, nightstand, wardrobe, dressing table, bathroom, and toilet.

Bedroom 2: One double bed, one single bed ,air conditioning, nightstand, dressing table, bathroom, and toilet.

Pool Dimensions: 7 meters x 3.5 meters wide and 1.40 meters deep.

NOTE: A 5,000 TL short-stay fee is required for stays of less than 7 nights.

Deposit Procedure: The required deposit for Villa Asmalı Konak is 10,000 TL. This deposit will be collected before your check-in and refunded upon departure. According to the deposit refund policy, the villa must be free of any broken, damaged, or missing items during your stay. Otherwise, we will deduct the cost of any damage, broken, or missing items from your deposit. You can pay your deposit in US Dollars, British Pounds, or Euros, based on the current exchange rate.

Check-in and Check-out Information: New guest check-in time for each villa is 4:00 PM, and check-out time is 10:00 AM. It is important that you leave your room on time so our dedicated cleaning team can meticulously prepare the villas for the next guests. Villas are ready for arrival at 4:00 PM for our new guests.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas from the city center, public transportation is not available. Guests who wish to arrange a paid transfer or rent a car can contact our sales consultants for assistance. For guests traveling by air, the closest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants can provide location information and directions for guests traveling by private vehicle.
