Villa Aslı Yalı manages to attract attention in every sense, with its design and design being more aesthetic and attractive than other villas. The target audience of our villa, which has 2 bedrooms, is honeymoon couples and nuclear families. Our villa has a pool heating system in summer and winter. Our villa, which is intertwined with nature in the Patara region, is especially preferred by those who want to spend their holidays away from the crowds. It is also suitable for conservative families with its sheltered concept. The private swimming pool of the villa has views of Patara beach and the Lycian Ancient City.

Kitchen: The American-style open kitchen, dominated by wooden architecture, has a dishwasher, refrigerator, washing machine, toaster, kettle, oven, 4-stove set, dining table and kitchen utensils for 4 people.

Living Room: The living room, which has access to the pool terrace, has a seating area, TV, internet, satellite, sofa set and coffee table.

1st Bedroom: There is a double bed, air conditioning, bedside table, wardrobe, make-up table, jacuzzi, bathroom and sink.

2nd Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, wardrobe, make-up table, bedside table, bathroom and sink.

Pool Dimensions: 11 meters x 3.5 meters wide and 1.55 meters deep.

Garden: In the garden of the villa there is a private swimming pool, 4 sun loungers, a dining table for 4 people, a barbecue, a jacuzzi and a sun umbrella.

Note:7 There is a short stay fee of 3,500 TL for stays under one night.

The last 4 km of the road to our villa is stabilized.

Pool heating fee is 7,000 TL per week.

Deposit Procedure: The deposit required for Villa Yalı Aslı is 5,000 TL. The damage deposit is collected before you enter the villa and is refunded when you leave the villa. According to the deposit return conditions, there should be no damage, loss, lost or broken items in the villa during the use period. You can make your payment in American Dollars, British Pounds and/or Euros, based on current exchange rates, equivalent to the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-Out Information: In each of our villas, the check-in time for new guests is 16.00 at noon and the check-out time is 10.00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team can carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16.00.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service is not available. Our guests who want to rent a paid transfer or car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer air travel, the nearest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests who travel by private vehicle.
