Villa Aslan , Our villa with clean air and nature view, located in Kalkan Islamlar Region, has 2 bedrooms and an accommodation capacity of 5 people. Since our villa is sheltered, it is ideal for conservative families and honeymooners. There is a pool, sun loungers, garden set, dining table and barbecue in the sheltered garden of our villa with a nature view. You can enjoy yoga and meditation in the garden of our villa where silence and fresh air prevail.

Kitchen :  The bright and spacious American kitchen, dominated by wooden and stone architecture, includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, stove, oven, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, dinnerware and cooking utensils.

Living Room : The modern designed living room includes a comfortable seating group, TV, dining table for 6 people and air conditioning. There is a transition from the living room to the pool terrace.

1. Bedroom : There is a double bed, jacuzzi, bedside table, air conditioner, make-up table, baby bed, wardrobe, bathroom.

2.Bedroom : There are 2 single beds, 1 single bed, nightstand, air conditioner, vanity table, wardrobe, bathroom.

Pool Dimensions : 11.5 meters X 4 meters wide, 1.50 meters deep.

Note :  2,000 TL cleaning fee is required for stays of less than 7 nights.

Deposit Procedure : The deposit fee requested for Villa Aslan is 2.000 TL. This fee will be allocated by you before your entry and will be allocated back to you when you exit. According to the return conditions of your deposit, there must be no broken, damaged or lost property in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will have to allocate the cost of damage, broken or lost property in the villa from your deposit fee. You can pay your deposit payments in US Dollars, British Pounds or Euros based on the current exchange rate of the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-out Information : In each of our villas, new guests check-in time is 16.00 noon and check-out time is 10:00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team will carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16.00.

Transportation : Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Our guests who want to transfer or rent a car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer the airline, the closest airport is  Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests using private vehicles.
