Villa Aşkım is a private holiday villa located in Üzümlü Village, offering a combination of luxury and comfort. Situated in Kalkan, our villa has 2 bedrooms and a capacity to accommodate 4 people, making it an ideal choice for small families and honeymoon couples.

Designed in a modern and stylish way, Villa Aşkım prioritizes guest comfort. The warm and natural color tones used in the interior create a peaceful atmosphere, while large windows offer spacious living areas integrated with the nature views.

The villa’s indoor heated pool provides a comfortable holiday experience in every season. Details such as a jacuzzi and table tennis add extra enjoyment to your holiday.

The garden, specially prepared for families with children, includes a children’s playground, slide, swing, basketball hoop, and activity table. Thus, it offers a fun and peaceful holiday environment for both children and adults.

For guests who want to spend a calm and comfortable holiday surrounded by nature, Villa Aşkım is the perfect choice.

Kitchen: The American-style kitchen includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, electric kettle, four-burner hob, dinnerware, pans, pots, and cutlery.

Living Room: The living room, with its colorful and comfortable design, features a seating area, satellite TV (LCD), air conditioning, and a dining table. This area has been carefully designed for guests to relax and enjoy their time.

Bedroom 1: Includes one double bed, bedside table, wardrobe, jacuzzi, indoor pool, dressing table, air conditioning, and bathroom with toilet.

Bedroom 2: Includes two single beds, bedside table, wardrobe, dressing table, air conditioning, and bathroom with toilet.

Pool Dimensions: 9 meters x 4 meters wide, 1.50 meters deep.

Indoor Pool Dimensions: 2.5 meters x 4 meters wide, 1.40 meters deep.

NOTE: A short-stay fee of 3,000 TL is charged for rentals shorter than 7 nights.

The indoor pool is available for an extra charge of 2,000 TL per day.

Deposit Procedure: The required deposit for Villa Aşkım is 5,000 TL. This damage deposit is collected before your arrival and refunded upon departure. The deposit refund conditions apply if there is no damage, loss, or broken items in the villa during your stay. You can make your payment in US Dollars, British Pounds, and/or Euros, equivalent to the deposit amount, based on current exchange rates.

Check-in and Check-out Information: Check-in time for new guests in each villa is 4 PM and check-out time is 10 AM. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team can carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are ready for new guests at 4 PM.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas from the city center, public transportation services are not available. Guests who wish to arrange paid transfers or rent a car can request assistance from our sales consultants. For guests who prefer air travel, the nearest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants will share location information and directions for guests arriving by private vehicle.
